- We will work with you to make sure you get pre-approved for a mortgage. We will view homes that YOU want to afford. Also, sellers and their agents know that a pre-approved buyer is serious and prepared to close on a property quickly.
- We will preview all new listings, MLS listings and internet listings that fit your needs and email these to you on a regular basis.
- We can provide you with your very own password protected Homefinder site that will give you immediate access to any new listings that meet your search criteria. You will have the opportunity to save listings that interest you most.
- You and/or the Nylund Group will decide which properties you choose to view and we will make appointments for you to see these homes at your convenience.
Step 2. Make Your Best Offer:
When you find a home you wish to purchase, The Nylund Group will consult with you on the "offer process" so you know all your options and the latest market research.
- We will explain the purchase agreement and all addendums.
- We will help you determine an offering price based on comparable sales, condition of the property, and general market conditions.
- Once we have written your offer and have your pre-approval letter from your lender, we will present both to the seller and their agent and keep in close communication with you throughout the negotiations.
Step 3. Close Your Transaction and Move In!:
